Right of withdrawal

The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, within 14 days from theend of the same. The withdrawal period shall expireafter 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer acquires physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is obliged to inform us of its decision to withdraw from this contract by using an explicit declaration (e.g. letter sent by mail or email at the following addresses: CELE GIANLUCA con sede in ViaVittorio Veneto 5/E-Reggio Emilia (RE) 42121, or via email at info@stationerystore.it. To respect the rightof withdrawal, just send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawalbefore the expiry of that period.





HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

WHAT CAN I DO IF I RECEIVE A PRODUCT OTHER THAN WHAT YOU ORDERED?

If the product you received is different from what you ordered, http://stationerystore.it will return. Contactour customer service department through our e-mailaddress info@stationerystore.it or by writing to oursupport chat. We will arrange with the carrier, at no additional charge. You will receive at your email address a letter to print and apply to parcel delivery to the carrier. After returning the goods will becontrolled conditions, and within about 30 days,refunds will be permitted. Will not be refunded onreturned goods in unsuitable conditions. The refund will be made to the payment instrument used for purchase, receiving confirmation via e-mail to the address specified in the order.
