All sales prices of the products shown on the site and its domains include I.V.A. and all other taxes on the product purchased.

Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys goods forpurposes not related to his professional activity, or making a purchase not indicating in the order formto a reference to VAT), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty except as indicated in the following paragraphs.

To exercise this right, the customer must send a notice to that effect within 10 working days from receipt of goods. Such notice shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt,addressed to Unity by Flow Distribution  Elf lane 2/a-42121 Reggio Emilia. Once such notice of withdrawal, the customer service will quickly communicate the customer instructions on how to return merchandise must be received in 10 days from by permission.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

the right applies to product purchased in its entirety; It is not possible to withdraw only part of the purchased product; -the right does not apply to sealed products once opened;
the goods purchased must be returned intact and in the original package, complete in all its parts;
to limit damage to the original package, we recommend, whenever possible, to put it in another box,stating the words "RIGHT of WITHDRAWAL";
should be avoided in all cases affixing labels or tape directly on the original packaging of the product; -by law, the shipping costs for returning the goods shall be borne by the client;
the shipment until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer;
If the goods are damaged during transportation, shall notify the customer thereof (within5 working days of receipt of the goods at its stores), so that a timely complaint against the carrier hechose and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for return, cancelling the request for withdrawal;
Unity store is not responsible in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
upon his arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damages or tampering not caused by transportation. If the packaging and/or original packaging are damaged, unity store will withhold a percentage from the refund due, however not exceeding 10% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of recovery.
Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, unity store will refund the customer the full amount paid, within 14 days of return of goods, the transfer of the amount charged.In the latter case, the customer will promptly provide to the Bank on which to obtain reimbursement(Iban and account holder's current).

The right of withdrawal for lack of essential integrity (packaging and/or its content), in cases whereunity store finds:

the lack of external and/or internal packaging;
the integral elements of the product;
damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, unity store will return to sender the good purchased,charging the same shipping cost.

Shipping & delivery times

Delivery generally takes place in maximum 24 hours from 48 the order and shipments are within the maximum limit of the day following the completion of the order.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Any order placed on Friday will be processed on Monday.
Unity Store is not liable for delay by the carrier nor for problems during transport such as theft ordamage to the goods.
Before accepting the parcel has a right and duty of the customer to check the integrity, accepting itwith reserve in case abnormalities should occur in the packaging.

Returns and refunds

The goods purchased in colour or size drivers may be replaced upon notice of the customer within 10days of receipt of same.

Damaged products will not be replaced or signs of wear of any kind.

Shipments will not be accepted for exchange goods without prior approval from Unity Store.

How to Return goods

To start a return procedure you should:

Send an email to "" by inserting the phrase "Goods Exchange Request"followed by your ID number that you can recover from the email notification you received when the order was placed.
Example: "Exchange of goods Request # order # 1234"
Describe the problem in the email
Example: wrong size goods not in compliance with the order, etc.
Specify to change leaders and providing the following information: product name, size, color. All these data can be found in the respective product page.
The replacement merchandise will be shipped only after you received the products.
Shipping costs are always paid by the customer except in those cases where there has been an error insending the goods by Unity Store.

Changes will be accepted only if shipped via trackable package. For this we recommend the post Pacco Celere 3 through Poste Italiane or any carrier that offers package tracking.
